Website designer Paul McIver has been living the single life at his Victorian bachelor pad in Holywell, north Wales, but a reunion with his ex-wife means he needs to sell up. Kristian Digby has some ideas to help maximise the flat's appeal but it's Paul's job to clean up the vast communal garden and make sure the swimming pool sparkles on open day.
