Open House - Series 1 - Chiswick

Young city worker Andy Simpson bought his two-bed ground floor flat in Chiswick six months ago, but the mortgage is stretching him more than he likes and he wants to move on. Property in the area has shot up since he bought the place and he is hoping to make a big profit. But the flat is very much a batchelor pad that isn't being sold to its full potential. Kristian's makes some simple changes intended to make a difference.
