The Americans won bronze at the 2006 Winter Olympics, their first ever Olympic medal and their first in a major competition since 1978. Four-time Olympic medallist Anni Friesinger is the reigning world champion and won this event in 2002. Now, at the age of 33, she's hoping to end her glittering career with another Olympic gold.
