Sue Barker and Jake Humphrey introduce swimming, boxing, weightlifting, tennis, badminton, beach volleyball and three-day eventing. Britain's Hannah Miley and Keri-Anne Payne strive to reach the semi-finals in the women's 200 individual medley heats, with commentary from Andy Jameson, Adrian Moorhouse and Sharron Davies. The featherweight and lightweight boxing preliminaries see British eyes focused on world lightweight champion Frankie Gavin. Commentators are Jim Neilly and Richie Woodhall. In the weightlifting, two more medals are decided in the Women's 58kg and Men's 62kg classes. Andrew Cotter commentates. There are also highlights of the crucial overnight cross-country phase of the three-day event, where Britain's team will be hoping to be in a position to emulate their Athens silver or even go one better.
