The government's emergency planning committee, Cobra, is meeting as calls grow for a full review of airport security. Ministers and officials are expected to discuss tougher checks on freight, after a bomb was found on a US-bound cargo plane at East Midlands airport. The explosive in the device was not picked up by initial tests. Newsnight's Diplomatic editor Mark Urban considers if there are security loopholes in the international freight business and considers if proposed measures to increase security would be possible to enforce. Peter Marshall reports from Florida on the impact of the Tea Party movement there ahead of tomorrow's mid-term elections. Gavin Esler presents from London and Emily Maitlis is in Washington.
