Businesswoman Stephanie Booth takes over The Wynnstay, a loss-making hotel in Wrexham. With 70 rooms it is one of the biggest in North Wales but has been neglected for years and has a dire reputation. Stephanie cranks up the pressure on her staff, has a go at being head chef, and arranges Wrexham's very own street party. After three months in charge will she finally be able to entrust the running of the hotel to someone else?
