Documentary series following businesswoman Stephanie Booth as she takes over The Wynnstay, a loss-making hotel in Wrexham. With 70 rooms it is one of the biggest in North Wales but has been neglected for years and has a dire reputation. Incredibly, in the middle of a recession, Stephanie plans to transform it into a luxury hotel. Beginning on day one, the series provides a candid and often hilarious insight into Stephanie's world, revealing how she deals with daily disasters and management calamities as well as staying one step ahead of her competitors.
