Neneh and Andi Dish it Up

In this episode Neneh Cherry and Andi Oliver are off to the country for a huge cook out. Their best friend Amanda is having a housewarming at her country pad in the form of a barn dance and Andi and Neneh are doing the cooking for one hundred hungry guests. Rather than cooking one main dish, they’re doing a whole variety. The food is cooked in bulk on the barbecue. On the menu are lamb ribs marinaded in Coca-Cola and tomato ketchup, jerk chicken and fish, sweet potatoes, herby black beans, corn bread with sweetcorn, a yummy potato salad and a contrasting rocket, feta and pea salad. In typical British form, the weather is terrible but this doesn’t stop the girls from having a great time whilst laying on a feast for all the gang who have travelled from all over the country to celebrate.
