Mr Blandings Builds His Dream House

Screwball comedy. A family forced to quit their expensive New York apartment court disaster as they try to fulfil their dream of owning their own house in the country. A sharp estate agent sells them an ancient dilapidated place in Connecticut, which horrified surveyors insist is only fit for demolition.
