Graham Stewart asks if panic buying of fuel was an act of irresponsible foolishness or a sensible precaution? Extra fuel supplies have started arriving in Scotland, to make up for possible shortages caused by the Grangemouth oil refinery strike. So was rushing out to get your tank filled last week foolish? We've heard a psychologist tell us that it's a perfectly rational thing to do, but the politicians tell us it's unnecessary and has actually caused shortages. Panic buying is nothing new; we've had it in the past with fuel, bread, sugar etc. If you're a driver, run a petrol station, or have witnessed any kind of panic buying in the past, we want to hear from you. Graham Stewart (standing in for Gary Robertson) takes your calls, texts and emails.
