16,000 people were killed or injured on Scotland's roads last year. The figures come as the charity Break launches its annual Road Safety Week. But how do we make our roads safer? Do speed cameras work, or are they just a hindrance? Do traffic-calming measures force us to take it easy, or do they cause more driver frustration and therefore more accidents?
