The Irish Consul General has been in touch with the Scottish Government about the issue of some Rangers fans singing a song about the famine in Ireland at the Old Firm derby a couple of weeks ago. Does it prove, as the former First Minister Jack McConnell said at the weekend, that the "cancer" of religious bigotry is already returning?
