The American tycoon has praised Alex Salmond and said ministers did Scotland a "great service" in calling in his application for an Aberdeenshire golf resort after it was rejected by a council committee. Do proposals for the resort represent an ambitious, outward looking attitude that's vital for a modern Scotland to progress?
