Should the double jeopardy rule be lifted? The justice secretary says he'd be happy to see people who're cleared of a crime being tried a second time, so long as compelling new evidence comes to light. Would a change in the law see justice done for families? Or would it be against natural justice to have, perhaps innocent people, being hauled through the courts more than once?
