A decade on, what's the Scottish Parliament done for you? Today marks the 10th anniversary of the first Holyrood election polling day. Since then MSPs have since passed 140 wide-ranging pieces of legislation including free personal care, the ban on smoking in public places and student tuition fees. And, of course, there was the controversy over the spiralling cost of that building at Holyrood! So what's the best or worst thing the parliament's done?
