The Money Programme's Max Flint and special guest presenter Myleene Klass investigate why music and arts festivals have become such big business. It's estimated that this year over 500 different events will take place in an industry worth over a billion pounds. Why are so many people so keen on listening to music while standing in a muddy field? Now there are festivals to suit all tastes and pockets. Punters no longer have to camp out in a leaky tent. Companies are offering luxury weekend breaks complete with hot showers and even major corporations like BT have spotted the commercial possibilities of targeting an affluent and captive audience. But it's still a risky business. Myleene follows the Sunrise festival which was called off hours before opening because of flooding and Max Flint catches up with Sex Pistol John Lydon before their headlining appearance at the legendary Isle of Wight festival.
