Cartoon adventures of a ten-year-old girl who solves ghoulish mysteries. In Monster Mobile, Mona's curiosity is aroused by a mysterious limousine cruising around town which is causing adults to loose their confidence prior to the big high-school reunion. And in Terror in Toon Town, Lily's obsession with a favourite cartoon sucks her right into the TV - literally. It's up to the team to get her out of a world where literally anything can happen.
