Cartoon series about the adventures of a ten-year-old girl who solves ghoulish mysteries. The local park keeper is acting strangely. Not only is he growing exotic plants in the park, but he won't let anyone play on the grass. Mona, Lily and Charlie decide there is more to it than just protecting a few plants.
