Sally Magnusson presents a series that goes behind the scenes at police forces' Missing Persons Units across the UK and looks at baffling cases from the National Missing Persons Helpline. Tom Moore was diagnosed with schizophrenia at the age of 21, and frequently travelled abroad on religious pilgrimages before disappearing in July 2003. Agnes Murtagh was reported missing by her daughter, who grew concerned over her mother's ability to cope after being widowed and assaulted.
