Mighty-Mites - Tennis

Sarah-Jane and Go-Joe inspire children to have a go at exciting activities. It's easy to become a Mighty-Mite, just give something new a try. Arjun and Anna are playing an elastic bat and ball game when Go-Joe arrives. Sarah-Jane has a go with the bat and ball too and this gives her an idea. She takes the children to join in with a tennis lesson and learn some key skills to help them play the game. The exercises are easy to practise at home too; you don't have to have a net!
