Sarah-Jane and Go-Joe inspire children to have a go at exciting activities. It's easy to become a Mighty-Mite, just give something new a try. Go-Joe and his friends Jack and David are playing piggy in the middle with a ball in the garden. When Sarah-Jane arrives, their throwing and catching game gives her an idea. She takes the boys to join in with a children's rugby lesson, where they learn how to hold the oval ball, how to score a try and how to kick a goal.
