Mighty-Mites - Ballet

Sarah-Jane and Go-Joe inspire children to have a go at exciting activities. It's easy to become a Mighty-Mite, just give something new a try. Go-Joe finds his friends Luca and Alana stretching up to reach balloons that are touching the ceiling. It reminds him of a nursery rhyme and he sings it while they stretch up. When Sarah-Jane arrives she thinks they all might like to try a special kind of dancing called Ballet, where they can do lots of bending and stretching to music.
