MI High - Series 3 - Think Tank

Rose is leaving M.I. High. She's been selected for the National Academy of Brilliance, where her brain will really be tested. Will she ever be the same again? It's an opportunity like no other, and naturally Rose is devastated at having to leave. Frank issues Oscar and Carrie with a mission. Dr Vince is a genius inventor whose inventions surpass any that MI9 have, and this poses a threat to national security. Dr Vince is willing to sell his inventions to anyone who buys. British agents are finding on missions that the enemy has better technology than them! Oscar and Carrie must go to Dr Vince's laboratory and investigate. Rose attends her first day at her new school, and everyone there is so ridiculously clever. Well, at least they start off that way: once they're 'tested', all signs of genius disappear. Something is not right. Rose is adamant that she wants to leave, and calls Frank to see if he can help. He is concentrating on the mission and dismisses Rose's concerns about the academy. Back at Vince's lab, Carrie and Oscar discover . . . well, nothing. How can the world's greatest inventor have an empty lab with just a few tubs of hand cream? As the apparent non-mission unfolds, Carrie and Oscar discover that the person they've ignored is the one in the gravest danger: Rose.
