Maya and Miguel - A Star is Born

Animation. Meet Maya & Miguel Santos, ten-year-old bilingual twins. This duo is convinced that there is nothing they can't do, fix, improve or invent for their family and friends Chrissy, Tito, Maggie, Theo, Andy, and not forgetting their family pet parrot Paco. Ultimately, Maya's well-intended meddling in her family's and friends' lives leads her to create new quandaries to fix, often dragging her twin, Miguel, into her schemes. Santiago is going to make a television commercial for his pet store, but when Maya hears what he has in mind, she decides to take over and produce something flashier, to really draw in customers. Together with Miguel, she puts together the entire production. Meanwhile Paco, dreaming of his big break in show business, continually pops up, trying to get on camera, but is repeatedly rebuffed as Maya's production goes haywire. Santiago wants to make his simple commercial, but Maya won't hear of it. She enlists a professional director Fabian to come and make it even more stupendous.
