Colin Murray presents highlights of three matches in the group stages of the World Cup in South Africa. There is action from Ghana v Australia in Group D, and two matches from Group E as Holland face Japan and Cameroon play Denmark. Africa Cup of Nations finalists Ghana have a young squad and will look to the experience of Stephen Appiah to guide them through what is only their second appearance at a World Cup final. Their opponents Australia are well drilled by coach Pim Verbeek, whose squad is packed full of players who appeared in the last finals in Germany four years ago. Cameroon's clash with Denmark could go a long way to deciding who finishes second in Group E. The Africans rely on the formidable presence of Inter Milan striker Samuel Eto'o, but the Danes are well marshalled at the back by Simon Kjaer and Liverpool's Daniel Agger. Holland's star-studded squad will provide a formidable foe for a Japan team looking to get out of the group stage of a World Cup for only the second time. Holland lost in two consecutive finals in 1974 and 1978, but are optimistic they have a chance of lifting the trophy this year, given their plethora of attacking options up-front.
