Gary Lineker presents highlights from the first day of the new Barclays Premier League season. Champions Chelsea begin the defence of their title against newly-promoted West Brom, who are led by former Blues favourite Roberto Di Matteo. The Italian scored as Chelsea won FA Cup finals in 1997 and 2000, and is guaranteed a warm reception on his return to Stamford Bridge. While West Brom are back in the big time after just a year's absence, Blackpool travel to Wigan for their first top-flight match since 1971. Tangerines boss Ian Holloway took the club up on a shoestring budget last season, but knows his side will start as one of the favourites for relegation. If they are to defy the doubters, a good start is essential. Tottenham host big-spending Manchester City, who will be looking for revenge after Spurs pipped them to the final Champions League spot in May. Sunderland face Birmingham on Wearside in a game that reunites Black Cats boss Steve Bruce with his former employers, while Wolves meet Stoke. Elsewhere, Aston Villa play West Ham, Blackburn take on Everton and Bolton meet Fulham.
