Hammers fans, however, will be looking further back to 2007, when they were the first team to come away from the Emirates Stadium with a victory, and Arsenal's inconsistency this season means the Gunners face a real fight to finish in the top four this year. Meanwhile, their main challengers, Aston Villa, host Wigan Athletic. Villa thrashed the Latics 4-0 away from home in October but Wigan's purple patch of form since then has propelled them well clear of the danger zone. When Tottenham and Bolton met at White Hart Lane in October, Harry Redknapp had been in charge of Spurs for less than 24 hours but still managed to galvanise the team for a 2-0 victory, their first league win of the season. With Harry's honeymoon period now over, three points would be crucial for both sides in their fight against relegation. Also desperately in need of points are Portsmouth, who travel to Craven Cottage, a ground which has proved something of a fortress for Fulham this season. The day's other games pit Hull City against West Bromwich Albion, while Middlesbrough face Blackburn Rovers and Stoke City are at home to Manchester City.
