United have won the last four meetings at Old Trafford, but Liverpool came from behind to win at Anfield earlier in the season, a result that got Reds fans believing that their 19-year wait for a league title might be nearly over. Arsenal's 4-0 win at Blackburn in September suggested the Gunners would be challenging for the title once again this season, but that form hasn't panned out and they are now facing a battle to qualify for next season's Champions League - completing the double over Rovers would boost that challenge. Bolton Wanderers and Fulham, who ended last season in the two places immediately above the relegation zone, meet at the Reebok Stadium, while Middlesbrough host Portsmouth in a match which could have a real impact on the battle to avoid the drop this season. Other games see Newcastle United travel down the east coast to Hull City while Wigan Athletic make the journey up to Sunderland.
