Masterchef: The Professionals - Series 1 - Episode 10

Chef Michel Roux Jnr and vegetable expert Gregg Wallace are on the hunt for a young chef who wants to make it to the top of the culinary world. It's the quarter finals, and the four winning chefs from the week's heats have to cook two courses of their own design for restaurant critics Charles Campion, Jeremy Wayne and Nicholas Lander. Only two will make it through to finals week.
