Founding members Dan Cowley (bass / vox) and Joseph Logan (guitar / vox) and a drum machine made up the band until they roped in drummer Sam Turner in 2009 Their first DIY release 'SYS Tag Team' came out in 2007. 'Real Gold' and 'Gimmie Indie Rock 2' followed in 2008, with the greatest-would-be-hits 'Lobsters on South Beach (Deluxe Edition)' dropping in early last year. The band's new album Not Excited comes out in May and was produced Harvey Birrell who's previously worked with the likes of Good Shoes, Johnny Foreigner and Dananananaykroyd.
