Made in Wales - Series 2 - Running Free

Series focusing on new young talent in Wales - writers, actors, film and documentary makers. Parkour is an awesome and popular urban skill. The goal is to get from one place to another using only the human body and the objects in the surrounding environment. A group of youngsters from Pontypool practise and discuss this dynamic new sport in this documentary.
