Children's animation about a girl who is initiated into the world of magic by a pint-sized dragon. Lilly and Hector travel to 19th century Germany to meet Frankie, a shy school boy who also happens to be the patchwork creation of his 'father' Victor Frankenstein. How he's ever going to appeal to the girl of his dreams is beyond him - but not beyond Lilly!
