Legend of the Dragon - X-Game Guardians

Fantasy animation. Two siblings compete for the honour of becoming the new Golden Dragon. Genji, a skateboarding street urchin, rips off the Ram Power band and learns how to make use of its powers to hang out with some older skateboarders. When Genji also rips off Ang's palm-com, she finds information of use to the older street thieves and they decide to steal bands for themselves. Ling partners with Ang, Beingal and Xuan Chi to reclaim the bands and turn Genji around.
