Fun with pink-haired Stephanie, an enthusiastic eight-year-old, and superhero Sportacus, as they learn how to make healthy choices and get active. When a panicked Mayor asks the children to help him bake a cake for Bessie's birthday, it is a success, but disaster strikes when the cake goes missing. The evidence acquired by detective Sherlock Foams, actually Robbie in disguise, points to Sportacus. He is tried and placed in LazyJail, leaving the gang to solve the riddle of the swiped sweets.
