Fun with pink-haired Stephanie, an enthusiastic eight-year-old, and superhero Sportacus as they learn how to make healthy choices and get active. When a panicked Mayor asks the children to help him bake a cake for Bessie's birthday, it's a success until the cake goes missing. The evidence acquired by detective Sherlock Foams - Robbie in disguise - points to Sportacus. He is tried and placed in LazyJail, and to free him Ziggy and the gang must solve the riddle of the swiped sweets.
