Robbie dresses up as a Scout master to teach the children how to be the laziest Lazy Scouts of all time. No-one listens to Stephanie's objections. But when a giant windstorm hits LazyTown, it is up to Stephanie and Sportacus to save the most unprepared Scouts in history from camping disaster.
