Fun with pink-haired Stephanie, an optimistic eight-year-old, and superhero Sportacus as they learn how to make healthy choices and get active. Their friends include Ziggy who likes sweets, Stingy who cannot share, Pixel who loves gaming and Trixie who cannot follow rules. The Mayor warns the children to stay away from an old, unsafe castle but Trixie ignores the warning and convinces them to join her inside. When Robbie poses as a ghost to scare the children, Trixie learns a valuable lesson.
