Robbie Rotten, the laziest villain in the world, has a plan to stop everyone being healthy. He disguises himself as Dr Rottenstein, sprinkling the vegetables and the kids with spots and declaring the town under quarantine from Spotty Vegetitus. Anything healthy is banned - especially Sportacus. Can Ziggy help save the day?
