Kitchen Criminals - Head to Head - Part 4

Top chefs John Burton Race and Angela Hartnett have scoured the country to find the nation’s worst cooks and now must try and turn them into Kitchen Heroes. With two contestants left on each team, Angela and John must choose the recruit they want to represent them in the final. The contestants are taken to a professional kitchen to practise cooking under tough conditions. The two teams must cook the three course meals John and Angela have designed for the food critics.
