Kitchen Criminals - Angela Hartnett's Boot Camp - Part 4

Top chefs John Burton Race and Angela Hartnett have scoured the country to find the nation’s worst cooks and now must try and turn them into Kitchen Heroes. Angela is delighted that one of the remaining seven candidates is really beginning to show some talent, whilst another contestant who had a disastrous day yesterday has come back fighting. The task for the Kitchen Criminals is to reproduce Angela’s simple orange, chicory and chicken salad, and delicious plum and almond tart.
