Top chefs John Burton Race and Angela Hartnett have scoured the country to find the nation’s worst cooks and now must try and turn them into Kitchen Heroes. Nothing is easy for the cooks, but everyone is enjoying Angela’s bootcamp so far. She demonstrates how to cook lamb parmigano with salsa verde, and a roast of rack of lamb with ratatouille. However, by the end of the day Angela is frustrated that, despite her encouragement, there are not enough signs of improvement.
