Four hopefuls, shortlisted from 2,000 aspiring chefs, battle it out to be the best cook in the country. After a Middle Eastern masterclass in kebabs and hummus with presenter Nadia Sawalha, it's the four cooks' turn to have a bash. Whose hummus will leave Nadia hungry for more?
