Jump Nation - Heats 1

Sam Nixon and Mark Rhodes introduce the first seven jump rope teams hoping to become Jump Nation champions. Only five teams can win a place in the next round, Jump Academy, so they'd better impress the judges. The competition promises thrills, maybe some tangles, and plenty of jump rope action, including a professional single-rope skipping display from Team GB.
