Johnnie Walker celebrates the 70s by playing classic tracks from both sides of the Atlantic, archive sessions, and he talks to Nile Rogers from Chic. Nile talks about his early career in the house band at The Apollo Theatre, Harlem; about Chic's hits, Dance, Dance, Dance and Le Freak; and about producing Sister Sledge's hit We Are Family. Tina Turner is featured in this week's Radio Rewind and, in keeping with the American theme, Johnnie focuses on pop hits from the other side of the Atlantic.
