Jamie Cullum showcases his love for all types of jazz, and music rooted in jazz, from its heritage to the future. This week, Seu Jorge, performs tunes at the BBC Maida Vale studios. The Brazilian singer, songwriter and actor is known for performing David Bowie covers in Wes Anderson's The Life Aquatic and for his role in City of God, as well as for renewing the Brazilian pop samba style. In a session with his full band including Pupillo on drums and Dengue on bass, he showcases music from his album Seu Jorge and Almaz as well as some of the film music he has written.
