Jamie Cullum showcases his love for all types of jazz, and music rooted in jazz, from its heritage to the future. This week, British jazz singer and lyricist Norma Winstone plays in session with her trio at the BBC Maida Vale Studios, in the lead-up to their performance at the London Jazz Festival. Norma has worked with most of the big names in British jazz during a career which has spanned over 40 years, including Mike Westbrook, Michael Garrick and John Taylor. This session sees her performing tracks from her latest album Stories to Tell, with saxophonist and clarinettist Klaus Gesing and pianist Glauco Venier.
