Jamie Cullum - Miles Davis Quintet Archive Session

Jamie Cullum showcases his love for all types of jazz, and music rooted in jazz, from its heritage to the future. This week Jamie returns to the BBC archives and unearths a Jazz Scene show recorded in December 1969 at The Ronnie Scott Club. The archive recording features the Miles Davis Quintet, making their first UK television appearance with an untitled improvisation lasting seventeen minutes, and Jamie plays an excerpt from this unique session.
