The Somerset town of Shepton Mallet has found itself in the national spotlight as the setting for the BBC's 'Turn Back Time' series, which has been exploring the history of the High Street. Shepton Mallet was chosen because it has been hit particularly hard by the challenging economic climate, with empty shops blighting the town centre. So, what can be done to revive the town's flagging fortunes? Can Shepton Mallet really 'Turn Back Time' or are there other solutions which would help to stimulate trade? Plus, Professor Mark Horton visits an historic house in Bath once owned by Ethiopia's last Emperor, Haile Selassie. Fairfield House is considered to be a place of pilgrimage by the Rastafarian community but it's been slowly falling into disrepair - so what does the future hold? And Kirsty Hemming finds out how vulnerable people in Bath are coping with the cold weather.
