Anjum Anand sees how all the people in the series have got on with their new cooking skills by holding a party where everyone has to make an Indian dish for the others to try. First Anjum prepares her contribution, a spiced roast leg of lamb, commonly known in India as a raan, then she starts to re-visit her Indian food novices: Alex is going to cook paneer with spinach; Panthea is going to try making raita; Elisha is going to cook a mushroom pilaff, and Paul is going to prepare peshwari naan.
