Food writer and chef Anjum Anand is on a mission to show novice cooks how to cook simple yet delicious Indian food. In this episode she takes a stall at the quintessentially English Sherborne Country Fair where she hopes to persuade the masses to ditch greasy burgers and hot dogs in favour of her healthier alternative, and raise money for charity. Anjum shows her energetic friend Panthea how to cook chicken tikka, served in a wrap with crunchy salad; lamb brochettes with a mint and coriander pickle; a vegetarian dish of thick tandoori mushrooms with a spinach, peanut and paneer filling; and the art of making samosas.
